Description:
Alkyne-PEG-NH2 is one of Ponsure Click Chemistry PEG reagents that contain a terminal alkyne and an amine group on each PEG terminus. Alkyne reacts with azide group efficiently in aqueous solution catalyzed by cooper ions. 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between alkyne and azide is a high yield Click Chemistry reaction that enables conjugation of two correspondent molecules together with high efficiency. Meanwhile, amine groups can be used to react with a variety of amine reactivegroups such as succinimidyl ester, aldehyde, etc.
Handling and Use:
Alkyne-PEG-NH2 is sensitive to light and temperature. For best use, material should always be kept in low temperature in dry condition.
Avoid frequent thaw and freezing. For more information about using this product, visit www.ponsure.com.
Storage Conditions:
Alkyne-PEG-NH2 should be stored at -20℃. Desiccate. Materials may be handled under inert gas for best stability. Re-test material after 12 months.
