Description:


N3-PEG-NH2 is one ofPonsure  Click Chemistry PEG reagentsthat contain a terminal azide and amine group on each PEG terminus. Azide groupreacts readily with linear alkyne group catalyzed by cooper catalyst. It can alsoreact directly with strained alkyne molecules such as DBCO without need anycatalyst. Meanwhile, amine groups can be used to react with a number of amine reactivegroups such as carboxylic acids, succinimidyl NHS ester, aldehydes and manyothers. PEG linker between azide and amine group offers better water solubility,less steric hindrance and enhanced stability. Compared to other Click chemistryreagents, Ponsure Azido PEG amines are soluble in water and all reactions canbe carried out in aqueous buffer without need any organic solvents.

N3-PEG-NH2  is sensitive to light and temperature. Forbest use, material should always be kept in low temperature in dry condition.
