Description:
NH2-PEG-NH2 is one ofPonsure reactive homobifunctionalized polyethylene glycol derivatives that containtwo primary amine groups on each PEG molecule. Amine group reacts readily with succinimidylNHS ester, carboxylic acid, aldehyde and many other amine reactive functionalgroups either in aqueous buffer or in organic solvents. Because of its good reactivity,PEG bis-amine is a useful pegylation reagent to modify proteins, peptides,particles and many other materials. Our bis-amino PEG derivatives have highpurity, narrow molecular weight distribution and wide selection of differentsize. These amino PEGs are readily soluble both in water and all pegylationreactions can be carried out in aqueous buffer.
