Description:
MAL-PEG-COOH is one of Ponsure heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol crosslinkers that contain a thiol reactive maleimide and a carboxylic group. Maleimide group reacts with sulfhydryl groups quickly and specifically at pH 6.5-7.5 while carboxylic group (-COOH) can be activated to react with amine, hydroxy and other functional groups. PEG linker between Maleimide and carboxylic group offers good water solubility, flexible linker structure and enhanced stability.
Handling and Use:
MAL-PEG-COOH is sensitive to light and temperature. For best use, material should always be kept in low temperature in dry condition.

Storage Conditions:
MAL-PEG-COOH should be stored at -20℃. Desiccate. Materials may be handled under inert gas for best stability. Re-test material after 12 months.
