Description:

mPEG-N3  is one of Ponsure monofunctional Clickchemistry PEG derivatives that have a terminal azide group. Azide is a commonlyused click chemistry reactive group that can react with linear alkyne catalyzedby copper ion. It can also react with strain-promoted cyclooctyne, such as DBCOdirectly without need any catalyst. Reaction between alkyne and azide PEGallows quick and efficient conjugation of two molecules together in aqueoussolution.
